Refund/Return Policy

Kremer Publications, Inc. stands behind its services and products.  Preauthorization is required for all returns.  All returns must be made within 30 days of the shipping date.  Depending on the product purchased, there may be restocking fees.  Some specific music items are not returnable.  If an order is placed on PayPal, refunds usually will be made through PayPal.  Other purchases will receive either a cash return or credit on the account as deemed by Kremer Publications, Inc.
